Duets Training session with Ballet Cymru’s Pre-Professionals

Ballet Cymru is passionate about embedding the education and out-reach work into the pre-professional programme. An afternoon of training, focussing on the Duets sessions, took place and attended by 11 pre-professional dancers. The session was led by Louise, who delivered ballet and Christine, who delivered a contemporary class. Louise and Christine deliver the Duets Scholarship Programmes at Eveswell Primary School and Somerton Primary School, based in Newport. The next step for the pre-professional dancers, is to attend the sessions at the schools, to put what they have learnt into practice!
